Sahgami Foundation Inc. is a New York-based nonprofit foundation.

Sahgami Foundation Inc. provides users with access to its services, including newsletters, literature, photo, audio/video contents, products, various forums, and blogs. Most of our services are free of charge. If there is a fee for a service we will publish the rate in appropriate section of this site or you can obtain it by writing us at: SahgamiFoundationInc@gmail.com.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Sahgami Foundation Inc. of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Sahgami Foundation Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

CONTENT/COMMENT REMOVAL

You acknowledge that Sahgami Foundation Inc. may or may not pre-screen content, but that Sahgami Foundation Inc. shall have the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the services.

Sahgami Foundation Inc. reserves the right to refuse, revoke or remove the content (content refers to information, data, text, documents, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video), logo, products, link, advertisement for any reason without prior notice or in the exercise of its sole discretion regarding material which it finds to be objectionable. We regularly edit or remove comments that violate our Terms of Use rules. Be respectful toward others while commenting. Our comment module is not moderated before publishing. This is done because we want any useful comment/correction/info be added in the forums as soon as possible. Moderation means human editor has to go through all comments before it is published which may lead to delay in disseminating content that may be very useful. Our this practice is widely used.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

A subscriber may cancel his/her account at any time by writing to Sahgami Foundation Inc.. The cancellation will take effect immediately and the subscriber’s account will remain active until the end of the subscription. There will be no refund if the fee has paid by the subscriber.

SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of Sahgami Foundation Inc. or its host company. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Sahgami Foundation Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Sahgami Foundation Inc. or its host company.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Sahgami Foundation Inc. may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide Sahgami Foundation Inc. real and current contact information such as e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone and fax contacts.
